Option 1: Full service wedding planning and coordination:
This option is for the bride that wants to relax and enjoy the wedding planning process. All she has to do is select her preference of the options offered by wedding professionals and our wedding planners handle the rest (meetings, details, timing, etc.). We take on the hassle so that you can enjoy the wedding planning process and focus on the fun stuff. This option includes:
Option 2: Event planning:
For the bride that has already done some of the planning (budgeting, timing, location, etc.), but would like some assistance in choosing reputable vendors and a little guidance on how to design her event, as well as a coordinator to keep things organized and running smoothly the day of. This option includes the following services:
Option 3: Day of coordination:
This level of assistance is for the bride that has completed all of the planning, design, and vendor selections one month or more in advance. All this bride needs is a professional wedding coordinator to step in and tie her vision together. We use the information that you provide us to make sure your event goes exactly as you’ve planned. This option includes the following services:
This package is for the bride who wants coordination of her ceremony exclusively. We plan, coordinate and organize your ceremony space, your wedding party and all of the details.

Option 1: Full service wedding planning and coordination:
This option is for the bride that wants to relax and enjoy the wedding planning process. All she has to do is select her preference of the options offered by wedding professionals and our wedding planners handle the rest (meetings, details, timing, etc.). We take on the hassle so that you can enjoy the wedding planning process and focus on the fun stuff. This option includes:
- Budget creation
- Establishing a planning timeline
- Organize visitation of and advise on site selection (limit of 4 site visits, same day).
- Provide Vendor recommendations, collect quotes and review contracts.
- Attendance at 6 vendor meetings of your choice (Caterer, florist, DJ, etc.)
- Create wedding day itinerary.
- Create floor plan/ seating chart.
- Co-Produce creative development of ceremony (event design).
- On-going updates in wedding trends and creative ideas as needed.
- Continuous correspondence
- 2 Hour of consultation one month before the wedding.
- Organize and structure wedding processional.
- Confirmation on vendor arrangements.
- Attend final walk through at venue(s).
- Up to 8 hours of onsite directing/ coordination for wedding, rehearsal and reception (which includes):
- Arriving early to supervise/ assist vendors in delivery and set up.
- Coordinating the rehearsal, wedding ceremony, and reception.
- Facilitate timing in accordance with the itinerary (formal introductions, cake cutting, etc.).
- Bring the “Bridal Lifesaver Kit.”
- Assist in gathering gifts, personal items, clothing and décor, etc. after the event.
- Supervise event load-out teardown.
Option 2: Event planning:

- Arriving early to supervise/ assist vendors in delivery and set up.
- Coordinating the rehearsal, wedding ceremony, and reception.
Facilitate timing in accordance with the itinerary (formal introductions, cake cutting, etc.). - Bring the “Bridal Lifesaver Kit.”
- Assist in gathering gifts, personal items, clothing and décor, etc. after the event.
- Supervise event load-out/ teardown.

- Organize and structure wedding processional.
- Confirmation on vendor arrangements.
- Attend final walk through at ceremony venue.
- Up to 6 hours of onsite directing/ coordination for wedding, rehearsal and reception (which includes):
- Arriving early to supervise/ assist vendors in delivery and set up.
- Coordinating the rehearsal, and wedding ceremony.
Facilitate timing in accordance with the itinerary (for ceremony only.). - Bring the “Bridal Lifesaver Kit.”
- Assist in gathering personal items, clothing and décor, etc. after the ceremony
- Supervise event teardown/clean up of ceremony.
